- Please call your pharmacy when you need prescription refills
- For most prescriptions, when the stated number of refills for your medication has been dispensed, your pharmacist will call your Generations Family Practice Provider for further refills.
- Co-payments are due at time of service
- If patients miss a scheduled appointment without notifying our office, they will be charged a cancellation fee
