Dr. G did a great job listening to us and evaluating Luz's complex symptoms. He then developed a plan for getting to the root of the problem via blood tests and x-rays. Dr. G is very knowledgeable and empathetic.

Dr. Muaceri
Always knows what do in a crisis. He’s calm and delegates well. I saw this during a sick visit. His team CMA is wonderful Al well!

I was truly impressed with Ms. Sarah Green. I appreciated that she took the time to get to know me and my current medical status. She was attentive, kind, and proactive in offering/delivering medical care I needed. She exceeded my expectations.
Also, front office person that checked me and the nurse who took my vitals were super nice.

OMT - Appointment - very detailed and resolved all of the issues.
Only issue is with no waitlist managed by reception it is very difficult to get an appoinment in a timely manner - minimum wait seems to be 1 month .
Most recent visit - blood test results were available in portal but there no longer seems to be an email alerting you to updates / messages in the portal.
Be great to get portal update alerts and a waitlist by text - for reference Hands on health in Cary run an sms list for all paitients on the waitlist - very effective at getting a timely appointment.

I could barely understand a word she said because of her heavy accent and my hearing loss and her mask. She seems like a nice person. If she would have lowered her mask I might have been able to read her lips. The nurse that came in was great and she was able to communicate what the dr was saying.
