Dr. Ruby is very thorough and listens to your concerns and questions. However, the one complaint is the time that it takes to see her. She is very willing to spend time with you, but it takes way to much time to see her. My appointment was at 10:20AM. I didn't get into the exam room until 10:50! Then it took another 35 minutes before she could get to the exam me to see me. This needs to be corrected immediately! People do not have that much time to be seen by a doctor! I don't believe it is the doctor's fault but the scheduling of the appointments so closely. Please remedy this!
