Christine Macomber, MD, is a board-certified pediatric specialist serving patients at Generations Family Practice located in Cary, North Carolina.
Dr. Macomber was born and raised in Massachusetts. She received a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in the same town.
She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Medical Health Center. Before moving to North Carolina, Dr. Macomber practiced primary care pediatrics at Nashoba Pediatrics in Ayer, Massachusetts.
After taking some time to be at home with her four children, she returned to medical practice, joining Generations Family Practice in 2013 as the lead pediatrician.
Dr. Macomber is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In May 2015, she was named the recipient of the Centers for Disease Control’s Childhood Immunization Champion Award for the state of North Carolina.
Dr. Macomber currently accepts new pediatric patients at Generations Family Practice in Cary, North Carolina.
