Dawn Evancho provides personalized care. She makes you feel special. She has great listening skills. She remembers so much if your medical history. She makes you feel special. Dawn is the best primary care provider I have ever been seen by!

While in the office, everything is fine.
However, follow through on test results is poor!
With a medical background, I'm capable of understanding the blood tests by logging onto the Quest website.
Dr Qiu has still not provided feedback. My appt was 6/26. Quest had the results posted the next day. I have not received an email, or phone call. With my serious health concerns, this is a terrible way to treat a patient.
Dr Melanie Mintzer exceeded every expectation...Now that she has retired, Generations has gone downhill, I'll be looking for another physician's practice.

My annual check proceeded prompt and on time. The entire staff was polite. The clerk at the front helped me with the insurance concerns that I had.
In general I'm very satisfied with the care provided during my visit and afterwards.
