I am seen promptly at the appointed time, assistants are friendly and competent, and Sarah always tempers me and my history. I was a medical practice administrator for 35 years and know a well run practice when I see one. Well done.

Dr Tse gets to the point. I’ve lost almost 30lbs in 2 months . I haven’t been this weight in over 5 years! He’s explained how sugar causes inflammation which kills cells. I’m excited and motivated to keep my sugar intake low and hope to reverse my diabetes.

Sarah and her nurse were so welcoming when I came in for my appointment. I could tell she had read my records so she knew what problems I had going on recently. One by one Sarah took care of everything checking it off and coming up with a solution. When I left, I knew I was in good hands with Sarah as my doctor.

Even though they were a bit overrun, I only had to wait 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Staff is friendly, Dr Ruby is just the best!

Dawn always goes above and beyond to manage my health. She listens and provides wonderful feedback. I followed her from her old practice to Generations. She truly is the best! Her nurse, Chrissy is amazing as well, and truly pours her heart into her job.
